Cornelius Consulting is a leading provider of construction consulting services including building diagnostics, code compliance and specializing in forensic investigation and expert witness services.  Our goal is to ensure your building is built to compliance or to diagnose construction defects and help remediate those issues.

Toni Cornelius obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and has worked in the Civil Engineering field since 1994. Her range of experience includes structural and bridge design, management of city projects and construction and building investigations.

As President of Cornelius Consulting her current responsibilities include testimony as an expert witness; leading site investigations and assessments;  analysis of construction documents, industry standards and building codes; defining construction deficiencies; and report development.
