Transition Studies

Cornelius Consulting will evaluate the as-built conditions of a development as it transitions from developer to an association.  This consists of an analysis of any construction documentation and public offering statements, performing visual investigations of the common elements and development of a report of the conditions documented and issues present. When transitioning, the association needs to be sure the developer has completed his contractual duties to the Association and has provided a development that will perform for years to come.
